Boraie Development of New Brunswick, New Jersey always seems to be at the forefront of progressing and growing New Jersey communities.
An example of their community activism was featured in an article by NewJersyStage.com last summer. In the summer of 2016, Boraie Development gave back big time in partnership with The Provident Bank Foundation, they combined to return the Free Summer Movie Series, an event that provided kids the opportunity to take in their favorite movies with family, for summer camp activities and other organizations wanting to take advantage of this 6 date series at the State Theatre’s historic 1921 movie venue. All admittance was 100% free.
Boraie Development was proud and happy to provide this family friendly entertainment experience and enable community residents of all backgrounds to enjoy the amazing historic venue free of charge.
The movie series and venue provided over 7,500 residents with just that thanks to the generosity and forward thinking of Boraie Development and The Provident Bank Foundation.
In other great advancements for New Brunswick, Boraie Development was at the forefront again. Enhancing the city skyline near Rutgers University with the development and addition of the The Aspire, a 17 story luxury residential high-rise.
With Rutgers joining the Big 10 athletic conference, according to an article posted on NJSpotlight.com, Sam Boraie and other developers are refining the New Brunswick skyline to become New Jersey’s version of Ann Arbor and Cambridge.
The Aspire is a privately developed luxurious housing project that is a welcome addition considering New Brunswick’s lack of luxury housing. With rent going as high as $2,800 per month for a two bedroom, the accommodations are being compared to some of Manhattan’s most stylish living quarters.
The beautiful building will provide residents with not only amazing apartment style living but also such amenities as a community kitchen and lounge, a green roof with a rooftop patio and garden, 24 hour security doorman, a fitness center, yoga and onsite parking. Over the last decade or so New Brunswick has become a very sophisticated city and residents want more to reflect that. Boraie Development seems to have once again gotten out front and provided a piece of sophistication with The Aspire. Check out Central Jersey Working Moms for more info.
These are just two examples of the many projects and activities that Boraie Development has recently accomplished to remain at the helm of making sure New Brunswick continues to prosper, grow and refine itself into the 21st century.
